jaime herrera jr.
Jaime Herrera Jr. is our Writer, Director, and Editor.
He was born in Chicago to Colombian and El Salvadorian immigrants and raised in South Texas. His passion for telling stories began young, as he would ask his mother to purchase blank books he would then fill with stories and illustrations. Jaime moved to Laredo, Texas when he was young and soon began making stop motion animations with his dinosaur toys. He began making short live action films in high school, learning the process of filmmaking through extensive trial and error. Herrera has a facination with history as well as dreams and is intent on making the dreams that are his films into realities.
luis treviño
Luis Treviño is our Director of Photography as well as one of our Co-Producers.
He also Co-Directed Degüello.
Being brought up in the border town of Laredo, Texas - Luis Treviño has a unique view of the world, which is informed by his heritage, upbringing, and his new life in Chicago. Having spent time in multicultural cities, diversity and inclusion are major parts of his work and artistic integrity. He fell in love with cinema at a young age, and when he began practicing the craft he developed a new found love of light. Luis' films have garnered awards and recognition throughout the Chicagoland area and the country. His love of light is evident in his diverse body of work, ranging in different styles and types of exposure. Luis plans to grow further as a cinematic artist with his cinematography and directing.
Patrick lee
Patrick is our Producer and 1st Assistant Director.
Born in Cayuga, IN, a town of 1,000, Patrick has lived in the Midwest all his life. He has always loved film and developed a love for set management while working as a Stage Manager for local theaters. Patrick works as an Assistant Director and Producer and has worked for many productions in the Chicago area. Outside of film, Patrick has a passion for History, Traveling, and Law. He is a senior at Columbia and wishes to continue his passion for Producing.
chloe strief
Chloe Strief is our Stunt Coordinator and Weapons Instructor.
Chloe is a recent Columbia College Chicago graduate with a BA in Acting and minor in Stage Combat. She had the pleasure of working on student films, music videos, and shows during her time there, both in acting and choreographing combat. Currently, she is based in Chicago where she is doing freelance work and building up her brand which she keeps up to date on her website. Chloe is excited to be working with Jaime and this wonderful team again, the previous project being 1222 (Rana) which she choreographed the combat for.
Kengi Yang
Kengi Yang is our Production Designer and Props Master.
He is currently a junior at Columbia and is focusing on Production Design. Over the past 3 years, Kengi has worked on many projects; many of which involve our team. He will have Designed another three films by the time of graduation in 2019. Along with Production Design, Kengi is an accomplished Set Decorator, Special Effects Artist, Scenic Artist, and Props Master.

zachary willis
Zachary Willis is our Production Coordinator.
Zachary is a Producer from California and he is a senior at Columbia College Chicago, where he studies Film. He has also worked on Camera and Sound departments for various productions. Zachary has worked on Rana (1222), Ampersand (1929), and The Baby Farmer (1950). He also Produced an independent short; Acrylic.
trent leggs Jr.
Trent Leggs Jr. is our Set Photographer and Production Assistant.
He's been set photographer for seven other productions and is in his 4th year at Columbia College Chicago studying multimedia photojournalism. He started learning photography through high school programs two years prior to college.
Gabe Gatmaitan
Gabe is one of our 1st Assistant Camera operators.
After immigrating to the United States from the Philippines, Gabe has lived in the Chicagoland area. Beginning with small production events in his High School days, he began his love for video and production as he grew older. Previously an Aerospace Engineering Major, Gabe now works around the US as a video technical director, integrator, and Engineer in Charge. Besides live production, Gabe now also works in assorted jobs in the Camera Department
april A.
April is one of our 1st Assistant Camera Operators as well as one of our Gaffers.
April attends DuPaul Univerrsity and works on many productions around the Chicago area.
Lorenzo leyva
Lorenzo is one of our 1st Assistant Camera Operators as well as an actor in 1945 (Degüello)
He is a recent graduate of Columbia College Chicago and wants to continue to direct his own films. He has been a part of several of our productions and also spends time working on his own shorts.
